This year’s Presidents Conference offered hands-on experiences with new technologies provided at the event’s one-day Tech Showcase. Exhibiting companies all had a business focus on food-away-from-home and offered various new approaches to industry challenges. Attendees interacted one-on-one with exhibitors, watched demos, and heard short presentations throughout the Showcase hours.
The Tech Showcase was developed in response to rising interest in new tools across the food-away-from-home world. Technologies that address everything from supply chain communications to kitchen robotics are in demand. IFMA plans to host additional Tech Showcases at our 2023 COEX and Presidents Conference events.
