Since 2012, Mr. Bing has brought the rich and transformative flavors of Chinese street food to restaurant kitchens, home cooks, and grocery stores, from Hong Kong to the United States, where our most popular product, Chili Crisp, is made—locally, naturally, and fresh.
Today, they focus on what they enjoy most, Chili Crisp—the crunchy, umami-packed condiment and cooking ingredient that has taken the world by storm, thrilling both professional and home chefs alike. They support the communities that inspired them by building diversity into their team and partner ecosystem, and by giving a portion of their time and proceeds to charities that create cross-cultural dialogue and understanding.
