Axios Napa Valley was founded by Gus Kalaris in 1999, thirteen years after starting Constantine Wines a mid-atlantic import and distribution company representing several thousand products. Axios produces 20,000 cases under Axios, Kalaris Family Vineyards, Worthy, Telios, Truth and Philotimo labels.
Worthy has been selected to the prestigious Wine Spectator top 100 list. Kalaris Merlot (2017) and Pinot Noir (2021) were both awarded first place overall out of thousands of wines tasted by the International Sommelier Challenge. Axios also achieved best red wine in the country as well. Kalaris family vineyards in napa valley is planted to 11 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Cloverdale Foods is primarily a further processed premium meat supplier. Their focus is on smoked meats like bacon, ham, summer sausage, snacks sticks, sausages and franks.
