In 2007, they entered the foodservice segment with a range of new baking mix product formulations sold under their CMC brand, targeting K-12, healthcare, senior living, and corrections. In 2019, they launched their new “JIFFY” branded foodservice products, which are specifically formulated for independent, regional and national bakeries, as well as the restaurant and hospitality industries.
