The food-away-from-home industry came together in early March for the trade’s only conference focused on foodservice chains but addressing the opportunities and challenges of everyone in the business, from supplier to operator to service provider to distributor.

 

Speakers provided sharp analysis of how macro currents are affecting business and the opportunities that exist in today’s climate. Attendee after attendee attested that the real power of COEX comes from networking with colleagues and potential new business partners. As McDonald’s founder Ray Kroc often preached to his franchisees: “None of us is as smart as all of us.” We truly are Stronger Together.
