January 26, 2024  - President and CEO of the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association (IFMA), Phil Kafarakis, just announced the promotion of two staff members in support of the organization’s new Level Up 2027 long-range plan .  


"As our association transforms to better serve the food-away-from-home industry, we look to our staff to create innovative and seamless experiences for our members and the larger industry,” said Kafarakis. “We have a tremendous team at IFMA, and the contributions of both Courtney and Chris have been instrumental to the association’s success. I’m excited that we are able to promote such excellent and deserving talent.”  




  • Courtney Graham Sriha has been promoted to Sr. Director, Center of Connectivity . Since she joined IFMA in 2022, Sriha has been instrumental in building the association’s industry-leading conference content and awards programs and has helped drive registration to record-highs. Sriha will play a more integral role in other areas of the business, including with the Education Foundation and a soon-to-be-announced cross-industry initiative that will bring the entire food-away-from-home ecosystem together to advance the industry.  



  • Chris Hurst has been promoted to Director of Business Technology . Hurst has been focused on boosting the association’s technology capabilities to enhance the member experience. With recent changes to IFMA’s membership structure, his efforts have been critical and highly effective in improving data integrity and reliability. In his expanded role, Hurst will be responsible for integrating all business technologies, cyber security, and other IT needs.  



These promotions are effective immediately.
