Unlock the $10 Billion College & University (C&U) Foodservice Segment. IFMA The Food Away from Home Association presents a comprehensive in-person course for foodservice manufacturers and professionals aiming to succeed in the lucrative C&U market.

Course content was developed in collaboration with the association’s College & University Foodservice Leadership Council—a group of leading C&U operators.

Course Overview

The course is divided into five modules. The modules cover essential knowledge you need to effectively enter and succeed in the C&U foodservice segment.

  1. Introduction to the C&U Segment – the size, scope, and unique dynamics of this $10 billion sector
  2. How to Do Business with the C&U Segment – the ins and outs of building successful partnerships
  3. How to Sell into the C&U Segment / How to Collaborate – winning strategies to engage decision-makers and drive sales
  4. Key Trends Impacting the C&U Segment – insights on student preferences, sustainability, and innovation
  5. Opportunities, Challenges, and Supplier Expectations – C&U operator expectations for supplier partnerships

Each module includes a learning assessment to reinforce key takeaways. College & University Dining Directors will join the course live to provide a personal perspective and answer attendees’ questions. Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion, demonstrating their expertise in the C&U foodservice segment.

Course Fee

Association Members: $595 per person
Non Members: $895 per person
*Fee includes all meeting materials and programmed meal functions.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy 
If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your company for this event, but a refund will not be made.

Who Can Register: This event is open to IFMA The Food Away From Home Association members and non-members.
