Presidents Conference is the premier industry forum for foodservice management and senior leaders across the supply chain. This year, we look forward to bringing the industry together November 2-4 in Scottsdale, AZ.

 


Event Registration Fees


Qualified Foodservice Operator Individual : Complimentary*
Manufacturer Member: $2,695
Service Member: $2,995
Supply Chain Member: $2,295
Individual Operator Rate: $795

 Conference registration includes:  

Attendance for one association member or Foodservice Operator executive
All in-person conference education sessions, receptions, and meal functions.

Presidents Conference is a members only event. Activities are on a first-come, first-served basis. Some activities may have limited availability. 

Individual Operator Registration

Complimentary Registration & Membership for Qualified Operators
Qualified Operator companies may receive complimentary registration and hotel accommodation for one individual through the following options:

  1. As a member of one of the association Foodservice Leadership Councils (FLCs).
  2. Current affiliation with an operator company

Important Note: Operators who do not meet the above criteria, or those sending more than one representative, should register using the individual operator rate.

In addition to complimentary registration and accommodations, qualified operator companies participating in conference activities will receive a 12-month complimentary membership to IFMA The Food Away From Home Association. This membership provides access to exclusive insights and data, along with valuable networking opportunities with suppliers, supply chain partners, service providers, and other operators.


Cancellation/Transfer Policy 

Notification before September 30, 2025 –– Full refund
Notification on or after September 30, 2025 –– No refund
If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your company for this conference, but a refund will not be made after the deadline.

Who can register? - This event is open to all members of IFMA The Food Away from Home Association along with qualified operators not currently affiliated with the association.

How do I sign in?  Please sign in to the website using your email address as your username. Once signed in, click the "Register Myself" button to begin. After selecting your registration option, click "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your registration and submit payment. Complimentary registrations must also complete the checkout process. You may register other individuals at your company if they are on your company roster using the "Register Someone Else" button.

Don't have an account? - IFMA The Food Away From Home Association Member Company: If you work for a member company but don’t have a login, contact your company administrator to be added to your company's roster. An individual must be listed on your roster in order to be be registered. 

Don't have an account? - Operator Non-Member: If your company is not a member of IFMA The Food Away From Home Association, you can create a free Operator Non-Member account.
