Attendee Terms & Conditions
By registering for an event or conference organized by IFMA The Food Away from Home Association you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. This conference is organized by IFMA The Food Away from Home Association which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual.
Cancellation / Transfer Policy
Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if notification is provided in writing by February 2, 2026. Notification by February 3, 2026 or later will result in no refund. If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your company for this conference, but a refund will not be made after the deadline. Anti-Harassment & Discrimination Policy
By registering for an event or conference organized by IFMA The Food Away from Home Association, you agree to comply with the Anti-Harassment & Discrimination Policy. IFMA The Food Away from Home Association is committed to providing a harassment and discrimination-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, age, body size, race, or religion. IFMA The Food Away from Home Association will not tolerate harassment and/or discrimination in any form towards IFMA The Food Away from Home Association staff, speakers, hired vendors, hotel staff, performers, volunteers or attendees in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive comments, jokes, slurs, or verbal abuse directed at an individual or group, unwelcome sexual advances, requests, or suggestive remarks, unwanted physical contact or persistent attention, display of offensive or explicit images, visuals, or gestures, intimidation, bullying, threats, or disruptive behavior that interferes with others’ participation, disrespectful or hostile conduct toward staff, speakers, vendors, hotel personnel, or other participants, and any other conduct that creates an uncomfortable or hostile atmosphere. Any violation of this policy may result in expulsion from the Conference and related events without a refund as determined by the discretion of the organizer, IFMA The Food Away from Home Association.
Reporting Hostile, Discriminating or Harassing Conduct
IFMA The Food Away from Home Association is committed to providing a safe and equal space for professional participation for all our conference and event attendees. If you experience or witness discrimination and/or harassment, please report it immediately to any IFMA The Food Away from Home Association staff member or organizer identifiable by IFMA The Food Away from Home Association staff name badge. Reports will be taken seriously, investigated promptly and handled confidentially to the extent possible. Appropriate actions will be taken which may include warning, expulsion, or legal action as necessary. Data Protection
The contact details of registered attendees will be placed on an attendee list, made available to companies associated with the conference and related events to all attendees, for the purpose of networking and contact regarding services. By submitting registration details, attendees agree to being listed on a public attendee list.
Media
IFMA The Food Away from Home Association reserves the right to use any photographs, videos, electronic images, materials, or recordings obtained during this conference or event as deemed appropriate by IFMA The Food Away from Home Association.
Attendance
Participation in and attendance at an event or conference organized by IFMA The Food Away from Home Association is limited to those individuals that have registered and paid for such event or conference. As such, participation in any sessions, meals, receptions, or other events associated with an IFMA The Food Away from Home Association organized conference or event is restricted to those individuals who are duly registered and displaying an IFMA The Food Away from Home Association provided conference identification badge. IFMA The Food Away from Home Association reserves the right to deny access to any individual not displaying the appropriate identification badge associate with the relevant IFMA The Food Away from Home Association sponsored event.
Speakers
IFMA The Food Away from Home Association shall have no liability for any views expressed or any advice given by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to attendees. All content presented is the property of the speaker(s) and any images or video captured is not to be used for commercial purposes without the express consent of the speaker(s) or IFMA The Food Away from Home Association.
On-Site Meetings & Venue Reservations
IFMA The Food Away from Home Association must approve all on-site meetings and food and beverage venue reservations during the conference or event. Please send your requests to events@IFMAworld.com, including the date, time, location, number of guests, and a brief summary of the event’s purpose and attendees. Ensure that your request does not conflict with scheduled conference programs and events.
