IFMA's Consumer Planning Program (CPP) was formed to delve deeper into the consumer mindset. The program works to understand consumer and operator behavior and what manufacturers can do to influence decision-making.
The IFMA Consumer Planning Program has been available, as a paid subscription, to all IFMA manufacturer members since 2012. Over 30 companies have subscribed. Now, for the first time, IFMA is making select reports from CPP available to all as part of their membership.
In this first release, you will find research reports on operators’ definition of value, the role of sustainability in food and packaging, attitudes toward different proteins, how consumers use retail foodservice, and many more. Each report includes actionable data and powerful insights. Look for more releases to come in the near future.
