Between the Ears of the Evolving Foodservice Consumer

Consumers made 61 billion visits to restaurants and other foodservice outlets last year.  The top three reasons why consumers chose to make these visits — convenience, good location, and satisfying a taste or craving — are the same reasons why consumers have been dining away from home since the advent of foodservice.
