New IFMA Training Session Emphasizes the Value of Collaboration between Manufacturers and Chain Operators
Gaining a framework to classify, understand and communicate the value of operator-supplier relationships was the focus of IFMA's Operator/Manufacturer Collaboration Model (OCM) Training, which took place April 2 in northwest suburban Rosemont, IL. Nearly 40 foodservice professionals attended the session to learn about new best-practices for collaboration in foodservice.
