Category Management Starter Kits Reveal Interesting Learnings

After successfully launching and training 200+ foodservice industry participants on category management, IFMA and The Partnering Group (TPG) identified that some manufacturers needed further support on how to move forward with using the Full Plate™ industry best practice. These manufacturers needed a more "hands on" approach to adopting category management with specific, actionable outcomes. To support the needs of these manufacturers, IFMA and TPG created the Full Plate™ Capability Building Starter Kit in the Fall of 2014.
