The foodservice industry has limited data on how consumers make their decisions regarding food purchases away-from-home. The Consumer Planning Program (CPP) was formed, in partnership with Datassential, to delve deeper into the consumer mindset, to find out why consumers pick a foodservice venue, how those decisions are made and what manufacturers (and operators) can do to influence those decisions.
