Think outside the box and distance yourself from the Baby Boomers.

How important is social media to the foodservice industry?

Extremely important, those who don't lead, will be left behind. Most of the trade and manufacturers are already years behind what the operator and consumer are doing in this space.

If you could have dinner with three people (dead or alive), who would they be and why?

Robin Willams, Richard Branson and Captain Cook.

What is your favorite sports team?

Australia Rugby Team.
