GS1

The Foodservice GS1 US Standards Initiative works to drive the adoption and implementation of GS1 Standards within the foodservice supply chain. Our goal is that 75 percent of the foodservice industry (measured by revenue) will use GS1 Standards by 2015. You can become part of this important work by providing your standardized data through a supplier, in addition to joining one of GS1's Working Committees.

The GS1 Community is the place to discuss how GS1 Standards impact the manufacturer, ways to increase adoption across foodservice, increasing efficiency, product information, and safety.
