Performance Benchmarking Committee

In foodservice, there is no creditable, standardized method to measure performance benchmarks with customers (both distributors and operators) to improve business results. The Performance Benchmarking Committee, in partnership with Advantage International, is working to create a foodservice specific tool which will aid in understanding of critical performance attributes and improve business results. IFMA manufacturer members are eligible to join the committee, however only those members who have made financial contributions will be able to obtain the research findings.
