IFMA, in partnership with The Partnering Group, championed an industry wide, all-inclusive initiative to develop Best Practices in Category Management for foodservice. The initiative engaged 35 leading manufacturers, distributors, brokers, research/ insights providers and industry associations who collaborated together to develop an eight step process called Full Plate™.
