Simon Marshall, President, Unilever Food Solutions North America, Receives IFMA’s Distinguished Foodservice Executive Award

CHICAGO, March 30 2016—In tribute to his dedication to the foodservice industry and his service on the IFMA Board of Directors, The International Foodservice Manufacturers Association (IFMA) awarded its Distinguished Foodservice Executive Award to Simon Marshall of Unilever Food Solutions. Marshall is the fifth person to receive this award in IFMA's 63-year history. This award was established to honor executives who have made outstanding contributions to the foodservice industry and have served on the IFMA Board of Directors.

Smucker's Foodservice Leader Ken Miller Receives IFMA’s Distinguished Foodservice Executive Award

Chicago, Ill. (May 27, 2014) - In tribute to his dedication to the foodservice industry and his service on the IFMA Board of Directors, The International Foodservice Manufacturers Association (IFMA) awarded Ken Miller of The J.M. Smucker Company with a Distinguished Foodservice Executive Award. 

Eric S. Hetrick, Vice President, Global P&G Professional

Eric Hetrick has lived in eight locations in four different countries during his 28 years of working with P&G. Now Eric is responsible for leading P&G Professional's business around the globe. A favorite part of his job is bringing innovation to the foodservice industry and helping customers create an outstanding experience for their patrons. Get to know him.

Teri Trullinger, Group Vice President Sales, Cargill Foodservice

Teri leads a sales team & broker network to execute on the Cargill foodservice strategy and meeting. She is responsible for meeting the overall goals of the business. Her first job in foodservice was in a small town in Minnesota. Her advice to those new to foodservice is “stay focused.” Get to know her.

At the July Board Meeting, we invited culinarians to attend a special R&D Session. David Kamen of the CIA presented some data on the retail sector as the fastest growing food service segment, and some of the trends that are predicted to be impactful in that segment such as clean label, hand hold able, whole grain, etc.
