The 59th Annual Gold & Silver Plate Celebration drew hundreds of leaders and legends of the foodservice industry to Chicago on May 20, 2013. Amidst the glitz and glamour, guests mingled with the Silver Plate Class of 2013 and waited in anticipation for the big reveal of the Gold Plate winner.
