Integrated Access Corporation (IAC) is a 17-year-old company that hires sales professionals and assigns them to represent a specific foodservice manufacturer. Integrated Access works over the phone, but is not a telemarketing company or a call center. The Integrated Access representatives do not read scripts, do random dials, or generate recorded messages. What they do, however, is successfully engage decision makers and increase topline sales. They drive up compliance of contracts to GPO's, Contract Management Companies, etc. Integrated Access is all about extending reach to operators (adding more customers and selling more product), without duplicating sales agencies or direct sales efforts. In short, Integrated Access is a professional sales force for hire!
