Dakota Growers Pasta Company is the leading dry pasta supplier to the foodservice and ingredient trade with a strong presence in retail private label. They are based in North Dakota, which is the largest durum wheat growing region in the U.S., and mill 100% of their durum semolina needs. They offer a complete line of traditional pastas, from Acini de Pepe to Ziti Rigati. Golden Country Foods

Golden County Foods is principally a co-manufacturer of frozen snacks, appetizers, side dishes and breakfast sandwiches. Custom products are developed and marketed to select food service chain operators.

 

Miniat

Miniat Holdings LLC, consisting of Ed Miniat LLC and South Chicago Packing LLC, is headquartered in South Holland, Illinois. Ed Miniat LLC (South Holland, Illinois) provides completely-customizable, high quality, value-added proteins to multi-unit restaurant chains and nationally recognized food brands. South Chicago Packing LLC (Chicago, Illinois) provides value-added, refined animal and vegetable oils for food and non-food uses. Our broad processing capabilities contribute to our diverse customer base, and our products can be found everywhere from bakeries and national restaurant chains to chemical companies and wax operations.
