Pecan Deluxe Candy Company manufactures bakery and confectionery inclusions. They offer textured bases and variegates; baked and extruded products, such as cakes and cookie dough's; brittle and toffee, and flavored hard candy pieces; sweet and savory, pralined, and glazed nut meats; clusters, confectionary coated products, barks, and flakes; ChocoBons, filled turtles, hearts, and cups; and kids inclusions, as well as ice cream toppings, cake bites, snack mixes, and salad toppings. Mary Ann's Baking Company was established in 1961 by Andrew John Demas in Sacramento, California. In the 1980s the company expanded to a co-pack bakery delivering quality Danish and donuts to large chain grocery stores and institutions. Growth of the operation continued with the addition of frozen product lines. Due to the growth of Mary Ann's, a new state of the art facility was required. In the Fall of 2004 construction of a new 135,000 Sq. Ft. plant was completed. The new facility has more capacity and new product lines to remain flexible to meet our current and future customer's needs. Mary Ann's Baking Company is still family owned and operated.
