Anchor Food Professionals is part of New Zealand's Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd. the world's largest exporter of dairy products, supplying dairy ingredients and consumer products to over 140 countries worldwide. Their Foodservice and retail operation for the U.S. is headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois, where they manage a portfolio of imported and domestically produced butter, cheese and cream that meet the needs of full service restaurants, bakeries and more. In addition to supplying foodservice establishments, they also sell New Zealand produced cheese and butter throughout retail outlets in the U.S. under the Mainland and Anchor brand names.
