First-ever consumer tell-all panel exposed candid responses from Gen Z and Y consumers as they expressed their attitudes and preferences towards brands, technology, and sustainability.

COEX Innovation Award Winners

Chick-fil-A, Culver’s, Shake Shack and Wendy’s were each honored with a COEX Innovation Award in two categories, Culinary/Operations and Marketing/Service, for excellence in innovation.

IFMA 2018 Silver Plate Class Announced

Nine Silver Plate winners were unveiled for the first time at COEX! The 64th annual IFMA Gold & Silver Plate Awards Celebration, May 19th, will honor the nation’s top foodservice operator talent.

Gold & Silver Plate Celebration
