Last Minute Dinners away from home are a common occurrence, to the tune of $24 billion dollars a year.
Relative to other occasions, attributes that consumers are particularly likely to seek for a Last Minute Dinner include Classic American Foods, large portion sizes, and food that's made to order. Consumers historically have been less likely to select health-conscious offerings for their Last Minute Dinner, although that may change as operators continue to add fresh, healthy offerings.
