At IFMA’s Marketing & Sales Leaders Forum (MSLF), held August 8th-9th at Tyson’s Chicago headquarters, the 2017/2018 Foodservice Landscape was released. Erin Murray-Datassential and Warren Solochek-The NPD Group presented the new industry numbers. From Limited Service to K-12 and Senior Living, IFMA’s annual Foodservice Landscape delivers the state of the industry by segment along with the segment’s outlook. In addition to segment data, the Landscape provides a breakdown by occasions and eater types.
